We at flyff set out these terms to explain how our platform operates, what we expect from our account holders, and how disputes are resolved. When you open an account on flyff, you agree to these terms. Our service is available only where local law permits, and you are responsible for verifying that your access and use comply with your own jurisdiction's regulations.
This document covers account opening, deposits and withdrawals, game rules, bonus terms, prohibited conduct, and dispute resolution. We encourage you to read these terms carefully before you proceed. If you have questions about any section, our support team is available to clarify.
Account Opening and Verification
When you join flyff, we require you to provide your name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid identity document. This verification process—known as Know Your Customer, or KYC—helps us confirm your identity and comply with local regulations. We process KYC documents within one business day, though verification can be faster during off-peak hours.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to open an account. We do not permit account opening by minors, corporate entities, or persons acting on behalf of another. Each person may hold only one active flyff account. If we discover duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all but one and forfeit any balance.
Your account credentials are your responsibility. We ask you to keep your password secure and never share it with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. We will not be liable for losses that result from your failure to protect your password.
Our flyff verification standard
We undertake KYC verification to protect both your account and our platform. A valid document is required—passport, national ID, or driver's licence are accepted.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Funds
We at flyff accept deposits via eight payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Deposits made via e-wallet arrive instantly. Bank transfers are processed during business hours and typically complete within minutes. We do not charge deposit fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. Withdrawal fees vary by payment method and are displayed before you confirm. All withdrawals are subject to account verification—if we detect unusual activity, we may request additional KYC documents before releasing funds. This verification window is standard and protects both you and our platform.
Your account balance represents funds you have deposited minus any losses and plus any wins. Bonus funds (if any) are held separately and are subject to the bonus terms described below. You may withdraw your deposited funds at any time, provided your account is verified and no withdrawal restrictions apply.
We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these terms. If a withdrawal is delayed for verification, we will notify you and explain the reason. We do not charge interest on delayed withdrawals caused by our verification process.
Games, Odds, and Outcomes
Our flyff platform offers live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), a sportsbook covering football (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League), badminton, MotoGP, and esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), and number games. All games use certified random-number generators or licensed live dealers. We publish our odds and payout structures in advance.
Live-dealer tables are streamed from licensed studios. Dealers follow strict protocols and work under supervision. We do not manipulate outcomes. Sportsbook odds are set by our trading team based on match conditions and betting volume. If a match is postponed or cancelled, we apply our standard settlement rules—typically refunding bets or suspending the market until new odds are calculated.
Slot games run on certified software with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Number games draw on transparent schedules published in advance. We do not adjust odds mid-game or apply hidden adjustments to outcomes.
Bonus Terms
When we at flyff offer bonus funds, they are subject to specific conditions. Bonus funds are held in a separate wallet and cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are met. We publish the wagering requirement (the amount you must bet before bonus funds convert to cash) clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Bonuses expire if not claimed within the stated timeframe.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live-dealer tables may contribute at a lower rate (or not at all) compared to slot games. We display the contribution rate for each game type when you claim a bonus. If you breach any bonus condition—for example, if you exceed a maximum bet limit during bonus play—we may forfeit the bonus and any winnings associated with it.
Prohibited Conduct
We do not permit the following on flyff: use of automated tools or bots to place bets; collusion with other account holders to manipulate odds or exploit bonuses; money laundering or use of our platform for illegal purposes; provision of false KYC documents; or harassment of our support team or other players. If we suspect prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to close your account and forfeit any balance.
We also prohibit use of our platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal. You are responsible for verifying that your access complies with local law. If we detect that you are accessing flyff from a prohibited jurisdiction, we may close your account without notice.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, a withdrawal was delayed, or you have any other complaint about flyff, contact our support team. We will investigate and respond within three business days. If you remain unsatisfied, we offer a formal dispute process—you may submit a written complaint, and we will provide a written resolution within seven business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate to our external dispute resolver (details available on request). We are committed to fair resolution and transparency throughout this process.
Jurisdiction and Service Availability
Our flyff service is available only in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted by local law. Users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and other supported regions may access our platform, provided they comply with applicable regulations. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited by law.
You are solely responsible for verifying that your access and use of flyff comply with your own jurisdiction's laws and regulations. If local law changes and our service becomes unavailable in your region, we will notify you and may close your account. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which flyff operates. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms or your use of our platform will be conducted in that jurisdiction.
